The U.S. Coast Guard Contracting Department intends to solicit under 100 small business set-aside for 100 cotton, T-Shirts to be worn with the USCG Operational Dress Uniform. The solicitation shall contain a requirement for a base period of performance of one year with four one-year option periods. An indefinite quantity fixed price type of contract is anticipated. The yearly minimum quantity will be 36,600 and the yearly maximum quantity will be 100,000 t-shirts. The maximum quantity for the base and four option periods will be 500,000 t-shirts. Offerors will be required to submit product demonstration models, technical and cost proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard are 315223 and 500 employees, respectively. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement shall be posted on or after February 7, 2008.
