The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential reentry center (RRC) services for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in San Bernardino County (no further than the City of Victorville) and in Riverside County (Southern boundary consisting of Riverside County Line as it meets the counties of Orange and San Diego Boundaries to the north and west are the county lines of Los Angeles and Kern Counties Boundaries to the east the 247, 62, 10, and 86 highways) California. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, Residential Reentry Center - August 2007 locally modified by the Western Region September 2007. This is an indefinite delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The services for Line Item 1 and Line Item 2 are to be 75 male and 25 female for each of the one year base period and four option periods. The Line Items may be awarded to either one offeror who can provide both facilities or two separate offerors. The estimated number of inmate days for Line Item 1 is: 5,840 (12 male/4 female) guaranteed minimum and 11,315 (23 male/8 female) for the one year base period 5,840 (12 male/4 female) guaranteed minimum and 11,315 (23 male/8 female) for option year one 5,840 (12 male/4 female) guaranteed minimum and 11,315 (23 male/8 female) for option year two 5,856 (12 male/4 female) and 11,346 (23 male/8 female) for option year three and 5,840 (12 male/4 female) guaranteed minimum and 11,315 (23 male/8 female) for option year four.
