Supply of Oil Spill Response Equipment.

II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Oil spill
response equipment required to supplement existing equipment. New
equipment consisting of 300 m offshore booms, skimmers for meduim to heavy
viscose containment and operating in wave heights of upto 1 m and force 6
winds and flexible storage tank of approximately 2 500 litres in size.

be strictly in pounds (GBP) sterling.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Certificate
of Registration issued by the authority administering the offical lists of
the appropiate professional trade or trade registers.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: 1. Audited accounts for
the past 3 years including a statement of the turnover of the business and
the turnover in respect of the goods of a similar type to the goods to be
purchased.
2. A certificate issued by the relevant competent authorities attesting
that the econmic operator has fulfilled its obligations relating to the
payment of social security contributions and taxes under the law of the
relevant State in which the econmic operator is established.
III.2.3) Technical capacity: Information and formalities necessary for
evaluating if requirements are met: 1. List of the principal deliveries of
a similar type to the goods specified supplied in the past 3 years,
specifying in each case the date of delivery, the consideration received
and the identity of the purchase, accompanied by a certificate issued or
countersigned by the purchaser confirming the details of the purchase.
2. Good quality colour brochures of each item offered illustrating the
specifications and any special features.
3. Copies of independent test reports and certification for the products
offered.
