The Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Joint Program Office (JPO), 653d Electronic Systems Group (653 ELSG/KCG) located at Hanscom AFB, MA is requesting market research information from industry for experience and capability to transition the GBS Satellite Broadcast Management (SBM) functionality into Government Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) facilities and implement follow-on GBS Operational Requirements Document (ORD) Block III Pre-Planned Product Improvements (P3I) capabilities into the DECC-based system.
