The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item supply acquisition for Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer, Computer Station Hardware, Auto Sampler, Calibration Standards Kit, Onsite Training, Consumable Kits (Government may not exercise this line item) and a full service maintenance agreement with a base period of a year, and four one-year separately priced option periods. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 423490. This acquisition will be competed under Full and Open Competition. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about September 4, 2007, and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about September 18, 2007 at 12 p.m. local time, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. The solicitation is an RFQ under 07SQ340180 and will be available at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov, or http://fedbizopps.gov. Offerors should visit the web site after September 4, 2007 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments, SOW, and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award. The CCR Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes must be submitted electronically or by fax at 928-343-8568.
