It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about September 4, 2007, and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about September 18, 2007 at 12 p.m. local time, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. The solicitation is an RFQ under 07SQ340180 and will be available at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov, or http://fedbizopps.gov. Offerors should visit the web site after September 4, 2007 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments, SOW, and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award.
