This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services/supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the RFQ quotes are due on 17 August 2007, 4:00 p.m. This RFQ incorporates FAR provisions and clauses through FAC: 2005-18, July 5, 2007. This RFQ is 100 set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is: 424916 with a small business size standard of: 100 employees. The Specifications consists of, but are not limited to, the contractor providing the following commodities: CLIN 0001 Native Grass Seed Mix #1 (See Attachment 1 for seed mix specifications.) Native Grass Seed mix MUST originate from one of the following: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, or Canadian provinces of Manitoba or Saskatchewan. All seed MUST be DEBEARDED and DEAWNED. 80 pure or better 75 germ rate or better Weed Seed less than .50 CANNOT CONTAIN ANY NOXIOUS WEEDS defined from North Dakota, South Dakota, or Minnesota. Delivery (FOB Destination) NO LATER THAN 30 September 2007 CLIN 0002 Native Grass Seed Mix #2 (See Attachment 1 for Specifications) Native Grass Seed mix MUST originate from one of the following: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, or Canadian provinces of Manitoba or Saskatchewan.
