Queensland Health is seeking to form an alliance to augment its internal capabilities and deliver a major program of health care and business change and required ICT initiatives under an alliancing arrangement across the State of Queensland over the next five to seven years.

We are looking for an alliance partner or partners prepared to work with us in a fully collaborative “no blame” environment and share collective responsibility with Queensland Health for achieving outstanding outcomes from the proposed alliance. Our preference is for a single partner who can bring all the required capabilities to the alliance, but it may be preferable for us to form an alliance with more than one partner. Therefore partial proposals are acceptable, as set out in this RFO.

To promote the best result, an alliance commercial framework will be established to ensure that commercial returns for the alliance partner/s are commensurate with the level of performance actually achieved by the alliance compared to pre-agreed target outcomes.

Our alliance partner/s will be selected through a competitive offer process and appointed under an alliance contracting arrangement as outlined in the Request for Offers.
