7. Contract description: The Project Linking Relief Rehabilitation and
Development in Healthcare (LRRD Healthcare Plus) aims to bridge the gap
between humanitarian aid projects from NGOs, which are coming to an end,
and projects to reinforce government healthcare structures, which are
beginning. In implementing the project, the technical assistance staff
required will work within Ministry of Health departments, supporting the
Ministry's managers and experts. Said staff will also provide expert
assistance in matters concerning public healthcare and administrative
organisation.
