is issueing this PIN for the purposes of seeking organisations that wish
to take part in a soft market test (or 'soft market sounding') exercise.
Severnside Housing Association is a not for profit social housing provider
owning and managing some 5 300 dweliings in and around Shrewsbury. It
wishes to identify the options for delivering an integrated repairs and
maintenance service for building and services maintenance to the property
portfolio. The organisation already has an internal service provider and
wishes to engage with the market on assessing if this provides value for
money and what the local market can provide either in suport of this
delivery vehicle or as an alternative thereof.
