6. Contract description: The National Environment Management Authority
(NEMA) of Kenya intends to award a supply contract for the procurement of
12 vehicles with financial assistance from the Community Development for
Environmental Management Programme of the European Communities (9 ACP KE
006).
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: Lot 1: 11 4-WD, diesel,
double-cab pick-ups.
lot 2: 1 12-seater, diesel, minibus.
8. Intended timing of publication: 1.8.2007.
9. Additional information: The deadline for submission of tenders, and
instructions for obtaining the tender dossier, will be included in the
procurement notice.
10. Legal basis: ACP–EC Partnership Agreement signed at Cotonou on
23.6.2000.
Decision No 2/2002 of the ACP–EC Council of Ministers published in OJ L
320 of 23.11.2002.
