7. Contract description: The contract ‘Access to Justice’ will assist the
Chamber of Advocates to establish advocates school/training center
including curricula development, training of trainers and strategy
development. Particular emphasis will be put on public defender
institution. Furthermore the contract will assist The Judicial School in
curricula development, training of trainers and strategy development. Both
institutions will be assisted to modernize their services and standards in
conformity with the EU standards, improve the human resources capacities
and reinforce public awareness.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 3 440 000.
