7. Contract description: To mobilise a technical assistance team for the
MFEP's Directorate of continuing training and intersectoral relations
(Direction de la formation continue et des relations intersectorielles),
whose objective will be to:
(1) assess the economic sectors, the market and continuing training
systems;
(2) provide training for:
(i) 100 managers from organisations representing SMEs/SMIs (employers,
professional associations, chambers of commerce), public institutions and
MFEP support bodies in continuing training design and consultancy,
(ii) 50 SME/SMI training managers in training management,
(iii) 20 trainers of trainers from MFEP special bodies in training design
and consultancy for SMEs/SMIs,
(iv) 4 000 company employees in bringing their skills up to date;
(3) draw up skills and training reference systems relating to
socioprofessional groups indicated in this individual service contract
forecast;
(4) draw up guides and manuals on continuing training design;
(5) carry out an organisational study on the creation of a specialised
resource centre;
(6) organise study and professional development trips for trainers of
trainers and continuing training managers in European or MEDA countries so
that they can immerse themselves in the experience of the host country and
improve their teaching and design skills relating to continuing training
in SMEs/SMIs.
