7. Contract description: To mobilise a technical assistance team for the

(i) assess the current state of training in craft industry jobs;
(ii) train managers from the training and craft sectors in the development
of training in craft industry jobs;
(iii) training of trainers of trainers, and training of trainers in craft
industry jobs;
(iv) organise a technical training trip for trainers of trainers;
(v) draw up skills and training benchmarks laid down in the Terms of
Reference;
(vi) carry out a training programme for 4 000 craftsmen.
