shelves, desk and chairs, filing cabinets, for the Penitentiary and
Probation Administration in the Ministry of Justice in Georgia.

9. Additional information: Supply to be tendered under this contract is
expected to be installed in various prisons and all regional probation
offices in Georgia as well as the prison and probation headquarters in
Tbilisi.
10. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 99/2000 of
29.12.1999 concerning the provision of assistance to the partner States in
eastern Europe and central Asia, as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No
2112/2005 of 21.11.2005 on access to Community external assistance.
