6. Object of the contract: Service contract for the organisation and
logistics of workshops, seminars and study trips.
7. Contract description: As part of the implementation of the Pairac
programme, the service provider will support the Executive Secretariat of
the EMCCA in the organisation of meetings, workshops, training seminars
and study trips. This includes logistics activities (purchase of airline
tickets, payment of daily allowances, assistance with visa applications
for participants, hire of conference rooms, etc.).
Performance of these activities will take place in the various Member
States and in other African or European countries.
8. Maximum budget available: EUR 600 000.

2007.

11. Legal basis: ACP-EU Cotonou Agreement, signed on 23.6.2000.
Decision No 2/2002 of the ACP-EC Council of Ministers of 7.10.2002

Cotonou Agreement and its Annex.
