balance sheets for the last 3 financial years;
(2) A certificate issued by their relevant authorities attesting that the
economic operator has fulfiled its obligations relating to the payment of
social security contributions and taxes under the law of the relevant
State in which the economic operator is established.

evaluating if requirements are met: (1) Description of economic operator's
technical facilities, measures for ensuring quality, research and
development facilities especially any R&D undertaken to minimise negative
environmental impact indicating the technicians/technical bodies involved

(2) A statement showing the economic operator's quality assurance
procedures, and health and safety policies together with an authenticated
statement recording statistics on their safety records over the last 3
years;
(3) Sample descriptions and/or good quality photographs of the vehicles to
be supplied;
(4) A list of the principal deliveries effected in the past 3 years, with
the sums, dates and recipients (public or private) involved.
