6. Object of the contract: Technical assistance and study contract.
7. Contract description: As part of a project to build up the capacities
of all national institutions involved in development (including the
National Authorising Officer's departments, through a support unit), this
contract aims to provide support for the managerial staff of these
institutions in programming, preparation, management and monitoring of EC
projects and also in coordination of all external aid. This support will
take the form of studies, training, drawing up methodology tools and
support/consultancy activities.
8. Maximum budget available: EUR 970 000.

11. Legal basis: ACP-EU Cotonou Agreement, signed on 23.6.2000.
