construction of new terminal building and supporting airside and landside

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Design and construction of new terminal
building (approx. 17 500 m2) and supporting airside and landside
facilities (including access and egress road, departures and arrivals kerb
roads, custom facility buildings, cargo and ground support vehicle
buildings, aircraft parking aprons, apron taxiway, parking facilities,
baggage ramps, security measures).

II.3) DURATION OF THE CONTRACT OR TIME-LIMIT FOR COMPLETION: Duration in
months: 15 (from the award of the contract).
SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: No deposits or guarantees
required at this stage but invited applicants will be required to submit a
50 000 GBP bid bond which will be returned on submission of a bona fide
bid. Succesful bidder will be required to submit a 10 % of the contract
sum on-demand guarantee.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Terms of payment
will be strictly in GBP and as contained in contract documents.
III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: Joint ventures - as contained in
section 4.1 of the invitation for pre-qualification documents.
III.1.4) Other particular conditions to which the performance of the
contract is subject: No.
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and

past 3 financial years including a statement of the overall turnover of

of at least 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity comparable to
the proposed project activity completed within the last 5 years.
