conclude a service contract with a company specialising in life and
property safety. This company will be required to provide the Delegation
of the European Commission in Gabon with its own security guard service
for buildings (offices located at the address in point I.1), as well as
the living quarters of statutory Delegation staff nominated by the
Delegation.

involve an estimated 100 000 guard hours per year. Currently, 7 buildings
are involved, but this may increase to some 10 buildings at most (may vary
according to numbers of staff present).

months (from the award of the contract).
