authority has acquired a range of development sites for a variety of uses:
domestic, commercial and retail. The authority has prepared concept
designs for these sites and now wishes to receive expressions of interest
from contractors prepared to enter into a design and build contract. Each
site will be let on an individual basis. The budget price for projects
ranges from 1 000 000 GBP to 15 000 000 GBP. Expressions of interest are
particularly welcome from contractors who can offer innovation in terms of
design and sustainability and embrace the new LPS 2020 certification.
