Expressions of interest
The The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport has received a Credit in the amount of US$8.0 million equivalent and a Grant in the amount of US$20.0 million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Cambodia Education Sector Support Project . It intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The services include working closely with the project’s National Assessment Team to advise on the development of a national assessment system to assess the extent to which Grade 3, 6 and 9 pupils are achieving basic standards for their grades.The Ministry is seeking a technical advisor to provide these services for an initial period of 8 months, with the possibility of further input over the course of the project.

The Cambodia Education Sector Support Project now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested individual consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (eg. brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions.)
An individual consultant will be selected in accordance with procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers.
