1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business No. of 642 of 16 November 2004.

2. The Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina has received a credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of Urban Infrastructure and Service Delivery Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Contract for Completion of Filter Plant construction: Construction of filter room, construction of pipeline for connection of new and old treatment plant-1st phase, No. : BANJALUKA- ICB- 04-W-05-3954 BOS

3. The “Vodovod” a.d. Banja Luka now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Completion of Construction of filter room, construction of pipeline for connection of new and old treatment plant-1st phase. The construction period is four months.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the guidelines.
