3. Eligibility, origin and evaluation criteria: a) Eligibility and
origin: EU and ACP States signatory to the fourth Lomé Convention, second
financial protocol.
Participation in the contract is open on equal terms to all natural
persons and legal entities from the European Union Member States and the
ACP countries and territories.
All the goods supplied under this contract must originate in these
countries.

4. Locations and deadlines: a) Project location: Cellule d'appui au
secteur de la santé du 8ème FED (CASFED), BP 2395, Bangui, Central
African Republic.
b) Place of delivery, installation or performance: Cellule d'appui au
secteur de la santé du 8ème FED (CASFED), BP 2395, Bangui, Central
African Republic.
c) Time limit for delivery or performance: maximum of 60 days.

Annex I to Decision No 3/90 of the ACP-EEC Council of Ministers, of
29.3.1990, published in OJEC No L 382 of 31.12.1990.
b) Additional information: requests for further clarification must be put
in writing and sent to the awarding authority's representative no later
than 30 days prior to the final date for submission of tenders. Other
tenderers will be automatically notified of replies to such requests, for
their information.
