severally responsible for the contract before acceptance.

necessary for the evaluation of the minimum economic, financial and
technical capacity required: The following evidence may be requested:
a. Last two years audited accounts;
b. Proof of assessment to Quality Assurance Standard BS EN ISO 9002 or
equivalent. Licences to remove and dispose of sullage.
