Location - Baku, Azerbaijan Supply contract forecast 1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/119743/D/S/AZ 2. Procedure: Open. 3. Programme: Exceptional Assistance Programme to Azerbaijan (EXAP) - phase III, under the 2000 Tacis Action programme. 4. Financing: Financing memorandum (signed 17th April 2001). 5. Contracting authority: Agency for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Areas (ARRA), for the Government of Azerbaijan, Baku, Azerbaijan. 6. Contract description: A complete and comprehensive system for the collection, identification and safe storage or disposal of radioactive waste and pollution in Azerbaijan is to be accomplished by the construction of the Baku Storage Centre for Radioactive Isotopes (BSCRI) facility. The BSCRI will require appropriate technological means of handling the radioactive waste and other pollution, together with the necessary accessories. 7. Indicative number and titles of lots: In 1 lot. Lot 1 EXAP III / 07 - 5 - supply of handling means and accessories for the Baku Storage Centre for Radioactive Isotopes (BSCRI). 8. Intended timing of publication: June 2004. 9. Additional information: None. 10.
