6. Contract description: The supplies of IT hardware and software
consist of the following:
- 25 UPS, desktop, 1500 VA, 980 W;
- 4 CD-RW/IDE;
- 4 DVD-RW/IDE;
- 1 HD-SCSI 36 GB;
- 6 processor PIV - 3,2 GHz;
- software for LAN administration;
- hardware for IT administration.
Meeting room equipment consists of the following:
- video projector and panel display;
- projection screen;
- video recorder beta cam;
- VHS unit;
- DVD unit;
- digital camera.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: Lot 1: IT software and hardware
for LAN.
Lot 2: IT services and training.
Lot 3: meeting room equipment.
8. Intended timing of publication: February 2004.
9. Legal basis: MEDA Regulation (Council Regulation No EC/1488/96) and
MEDA II (Council Regulation No 2698/2000).
