1. Project identification and financing: Title: Programme d'hydraulique
Villageoise en Haute Guinée et en Guinée Forestière.

Source of financing: eighth European Development Fund (EDF), financing
agreement No 6211/GUI (October 2000 to September 2004).
Status of financing: extension to financing agreement No 6211/GUI pending.
2. Contract identification: Object: construction of 380 wells fitted
with manually-operated pumps and related services.
Aim: to improve drinking-water supply conditions for rural populations in
Guinea Forestière.
Lots: the works have been divided into two lots. Details of the nature
and size of these lots are given in the technical documents in the
invitation to tender dossier. Tenders may be for one lot or for both lots.
Location, place of delivery and execution: the contract will take place
in Guinea Forestière; delivery and execution will be in villages under
the prefectures of N'Zérékoré and Guéckédou (lot 1), Beyla and Lola (lot
2).
Time limit for execution: lot 1: 20 calendar months;
lot 2: 18 calendar months;
(pump installation included).
3. Eligibility, origin and evaluation criteria: Eligibility: tenderers
and subcontractors must be from EU Member States and ACP States signatory
to the fourth Lomé Convention, second financial protocol.

Avis d'appel d'offres EuropeAid/117914/D/S/GN lancé par le Ministère à la
Présidence chargé des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération au nom du
Gouvernement de la République de Guinée relatif à un projet identifié
pour être financé par la Commission européenne (CE)
1. Identification et financement du projet Intitulé: Programme
d'hydraulique Villageoise en Haute Guinée et en Guinée Forestière.
Numéro: 8 ACP GUI 011.
Source de financement: 8e Fonds européen de développement (FED),
Convention de financement n° 6211/GUI (Octobre 2000 à septembre 2004).
Situation du financement: sous réserve de la prolongation de la
Convention de financement n° 6211/GUI.
2. Identification du marché Objet: exécution de 380 forages productifs
équipés de pompes à motricité humaine et des prestations annexes.
But: améliorer les conditions de desserte et d'approvisionnement en eau
potable des populations rurales de la Guinée Forestière.
Lots: l'ensemble des travaux est divisé en deux (2) lots. La nature et
l'importance de ces lots sont précisées aux pièces techniques du dossier
d'appel d'offres. Il est autorisé de soumissionner pour un seul lot ou
pour les deux lots.
Localisation, lieu d'exécution, lieu de livraison: le marché se déroulera
en Guinée Forestière; les lieux d'exécution et de livraison se situeront
dans les villages des préfectures de N'Zérékoré et Guéckédou (lot 1),
Beyla et Lola (lot 2).
Délai d'exécution: lot 1: 20 (vingt) mois calendaires;
lot 2: 18 (dix huit) mois calendaires;
(y inclus la pose des pompes).
3. Critères d'éligibilité, d'origine et d'évaluation Éligibilité:
soumissionnaires des États Membres de l'UE et États ACP signataires de la
Convention de Lomé IV, 2ème protocole financier, de même pour les
sous-traitants.
