Setembro, n.° 1, Luanda, Republic of Angola.

consumables will be delivered to the following site:

c) Time limit for delivery or execution: time limits for delivery to the

4: 18 months after the 1st consignment.

ANG 008 - «Programa de Apoio ao Sector Saúde» financiado pela Comunidade
Europeia (CE)
1. Identificação e financiamento do projecto a) Designação: Programa de
Apoio ao Sector Saúde.
b) Número: 8 ACP ANG 008.
c) Fonte de financiamento: 8.º Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento (FED).
d) Situação do financiamento: aprovado.
2. Identificação do contrato a) Tipo de contrato: fornecimentos.
b) Objecto: reagentes e consumíveis para centros de transfusão de sangue.
c) Número de lotes: lote único.
d) Remessas: o lote será entregue, por transportação aérea, em 4 remessas
com uma periodicidade semestral (T0, T0 + 6 meses, T0 + 12 meses, T0 + 18
meses) no mesmo local de entrega.
e) Entrega: Centro Nacional de Sangue, Instalações da Angomédica, Rua do
Sanatório Bairro de Palanca, Luanda, Angola.

n.º 1: 90 dias após notificação da assinatura do contrato pela entidade
adjudicante;
n.º 2: 6 meses depois da primeira remessa;
n.º 3: 12 meses depois da primeira remessa;
