6. Contract description: This invitation to tender involves setting up a
training system for senior and middle-management staff at Algérie Poste.
This training is to be occupation-based and to be delivered by an
external service provider who will manage the course, in compliance with
Algérie Poste's applicable standards. After undergoing this training
course, the managerial staff should have thorough knowledge of, amongst
other matters, changes in the economic climate in which Algérie Poste
operates.
7. Indicative number and titles of the lots: Lot 1: Algérie Poste:
change issues, from government service to a business;
lot 2: the basics of management shown through Algérie Poste 'business
cases';
lot 3: advanced training in Algérie Poste management techniques;
lot 4: operation using project teams, for new Algérie Poste projects;
lot 5: fundamental issues for Algérie Poste professions and sectors.
8. Scheduled date for publication: 30.9.2005.
9. Additional information: This contract covers skills training for 1
200 Algérie Poste managerial staff to be held throughout 2006.
10. Legal basis: This contract will be subject to the procedures for
contracts financed from the general budget of the European Communities in
the context of external actions. These procedures may be downloaded from

6. Description du marché: Cet appel d'offres concerne la mise en place
d'une ingénierie de formation à destination des cadres supérieurs et
moyens d'Algérie Poste. Ces prestations sont orientées métiers, en
maîtrise d'oeuvre, en tant que prestataire extérieur dans le respect des
normes en vigueur à Algérie Poste. À l'issue de ces cursus de formation,
les cadres devront s'être approprié, notamment, les évolutions de
l'environnement économique d'Algérie Poste.

9. Autres renseignements: Ces formations concernent la montée en
compétence des 1 200 cadres d'Algérie Poste et auront lieu tout au long
de l'année 2006.
10. Base juridique: Le marché sera régi par les procédures
contractuelles financées par le budget général des Communautés
