6. Contract description: Set of kits to be provided for polyclinics 114,
midwife 491, family planning 114, Pustu 274, mother and child 114. These
kits should be delivered to 40 Puskesmas in Jambi, 57 Puskesmas in South
Sumatra and 17 Puskesmas in Papua. Vehicles to be delivered to FMU in
Jambi, South Sumatra, Papua and PMU Jakarta. DDP (delivered duty paid)
for both lots and vehicles.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: 2 lots:
lot 1 - medical equipment;
lot 2 - vehicles.
8. Intended timing of publication: Mid-August 2005.

10. Legal basis: EC Council Regulation No 443/92 of 25.2.1996 on
