| Abstract: | Tenancy Sustainment Services. The Homeless Agency invites proposals under the open procedure from suitably qualified and experienced private, public or voluntary bodies or consortia for the delivery of tenancy sustainment services in Dublin on a pilot basis over a 2-year period. It is anticipated that commencement of the services will begin in October 2005. The required service will support people, particularly those who have experienced homelessness, in maintaining their tenancies where there is an identified risk that, without the provision of such support they may be at risk of homelessness. It is estimated that a total of 12-15 full time service personnel will be required. II.2.2) Options. Description and time when they may be exercised: The contract may be extended by a further period of up to two years at the end of the initial two year period, at the discretion of The Homeless Agency, in accordance with Article 11.3(f) of the Public Services Directive. This is the sole call for competition for these services.
